How a New Minas church stepped up to help people living in the woods
CBC News story on September 19, 2025 about Orchard Valley, in conjunction with Open Arms, hosting the unhoused who were unable to stay in the woods due to the ban from anyone being in the woods during the drought in the summer of 2025. The story was also on the CBC evening news.
