Doug MacKinnon has taken up the duties of custodian here at Orchard Valley United Church. His previous work life had him working on Alberta pipelines, at Rocky Mountain resorts as well as in Cape Breton gypsum mines, and a lobster processing facility. He is a singer/songwriter and recording artist. He has worked on other artists’ recordings as well, from Mabou to Philadelphia.
